1. Return Window:

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

The item is defective, broken, or incorrect

You received a different product than what you ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Products used or worn

Orders returned without original packaging

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Return Process:

Email us at contactdhanahar@gmail.com with your order ID and issue

Attach photos of the item

Once verified, we’ll guide you on the return pickup

4. Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item inspection and go back to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, you may be asked to share bank details.
