- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended slightly. You will be notified via email or phone in such cases.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across India through trusted courier partners.

- You can track your shipment status using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.
4. Delivery Locations
- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery access. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will inform you promptly.
5. Delays or Non-Delivery
- Dhanahar is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier issues beyond our control.
- If your package is delayed significantly or appears lost, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
- Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address issues, re-delivery charges may apply.
